: In relation to petroleum production, the contractor shall submit the following to the department within the following time period:
(a) Report of the previous day with the following details within 13:00 hours of each day:
(1) Quantity of petroleum produced.
(2) Amount of petroleum accumulated, sold or expended.
(3) Quantity of petroleum used as fuel.
(4) Amount of petroleum burned (5) Gravity and fluidity (viscosity).
(6) Vapor pressure.
(7) Pour Point.
(8) Combination of dew point and natural gas.
(9) Impurities (10) Released water and analysis results.
(11) Tubing and casing arc.
(12) Measurement of square.
(13) Testing of wells.
(14) Work of last 24 hours.
(b) Within thirty (30) days after completion of workover work, a report with details of such work, duration and reason for doing such work.
(c) within thirty (30) days of the completion of the stimulation work, a report containing the details of the method and goods used for such work.
(d) Bottom hole pressure test report within fifteen (15) days after completion of such test.
(e) Report of such test with detailed details of each account within thirty (30) days after completion of product testing.
(f) Report on Petroleum Reserves Site Extent and Economic Assessment (as mentioned in the Development Programme).
